 'incompatible_archive, not able to install the template (1 Replies, Read 1348 times)

Hi

There two problems,
When i try to install the theme, it gives an error of 'incompatible_archive

however after few times of repetitive attempt - at also said 'invalid key"

requesting you to please provide me the solution
