Hi,
The enduser license which costs $10/Year works on one control panel account under which your purchase the account and all other accounts will still use the Free version of Softaculous and users can upgrade to pro within their respective account. However if you purchase the server license which is binded to the server IP all the control panel users on the server will be able to use Softaculous Premium.
