Quote Hi , i need to rent a server with 8GB ram processor quad core , and the
host offer this software i need to ask it come preinstalled with the server ? or i need to install and the license ? if i pay the host month to month ? i have to enter the license key every month ? or its automatically update by the IP ? Virtualizor does not come pre installed, if you want we can install it for you for that you just need to open a support ticket.About the license you have to pay month by month, however you don not have to enter the license key every time virtualizor will fetch it on the basis of the IP. Quote what account and password i need to log-on the WebInterface ? Virtualizor root login credentials are the same as the main server root login credentials and also you can create any number of users in virtualizor and assign access privileges accordingly. Quote i see in the demo its write : Guaranteed ram ............ (806 MB free)
what mean with 806 MB free ? if i choice 2000 MB the vps still have 2806 MB ? The free RAM value shown is the total available RAM on your main server for VPS creation. For example if you have 806 MB free on you main server than you have to create VPS having RAM less than 806 MB. CPU unit , percentage and cores are explained below:

Hi,
Quote ok , thanks good explication , after i create the VPS and i do not need
more the Virtualizor web panel , can i turn off ? and turn ON only when i need ? this for prevent brute force , or virtualizor need to run 24/24 for have the VPS online ? No you can turn off virtualizor when ever you like it will not affect any of the functionality of the server or any of the VMs running on it. Quote how many memory and % of cpu its good to leave free for main server ? what system requirements need the virtualizor ?
Virtualizor need 100MB space free on the "/" partition to start mysql. Regarding the CPU requirements it is upto you how fast you want your server to respond. Quote in what folder the VPS are saved by default ? can i change this directory ?
In File based you can specify any directory where you want to store your Vms Quote and wich storage is better from OpenVZ file and LVM ? i think if i add xen kvm will be available this too ?
Do you mean to say that the storage option for file based and LVM are available for XEN - KVM also? Yes. ----------------------- Regards, Virtualizor Team http://www.virtualizor.com |
