 FTP not connecting, I can't connect to my AMPPS Wordpress FTP account (5 Replies, Read 12052 times)

I created an ftp account in ampps but cannot get Filezilla to connect to it.
It's not a username or password problem.
Would someone PLEASE tell me exactly what I'm supposed to put in the HOST box.  I've run out of ideas
