I only retained home, about, contact and blog pages and deleted all the additional blocks on the home page except  for "or mission and the text under" which I edited

I can edit all the other pages except for the home page???

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you using SitePad or Pagelayer with WordPress ?

You can edit all the pages.
