Hi,
We were able to locate the issue and it was due to the outdated version of Ioncube loader. We have update Ioncube loader on your server and the CRON works fine now. Hi,
We downloaded the Ioncube Loader from their site : http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php and then copied the appropriate .so file on your server. Also regarding your Softaculous blank page issue our support team checked it and it seems the ioncube was not updated in Softaculous folder as well and we have updated the same. It works fine now.
