Hello ...
: softaculous is not appearing in Cpanel i cant see it there at all. And when i go to the URL http://XXXX:2082/frontend/x3/softaculous/index.php it works, but when i click on something for installation i get : The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the Server Admin. Please help

Can you see Softaculous in you WHM.
If yes, Go to Softaculous -> Softwares Then at the Bottom click on Update Settings It will download all the files. Also which version of cPanel are you using ?
