Greetings,

Team.

I've 5 VPS created on my master server and all VPS use the 30GB of RAM, but the Virtualizor show me that only have 18GB in use.

It can be a bug? Visual bug? Or what?

Hi,

We will check about ram and reply in ticket.

It's normal that VPS creation on slave server take more than 10 minutes?
>> That depends on vps disk size and if the template is getting synced then it will take some time depending upon template transfer speed across servers.

Hi, jevin.

A support member has informed me that this is a bug.

Because the sum of all VPS created is 28GB or 29GB ram, but the chart informs me that I still have 18GB of ram remaining, which is not true.

If there is much, it is 1.5GB.

Also, about the time VPS creation, he explained to me that the problem lies in having to send the template to the slave server.

Everything is fine now, however, you could check if the slave server installation was successful?
