Wasn't paying attention and installed CubeCart directly into my cpanel main directory.
Is there a way to uninstall/delete the app and associated files without deleting any of the other files/subdomains that reside in the main directory?
Install rewrote htaccess file of main directory so I will have to regenerate that as well.

I would like to delete and reinstall in a subdomain, which was really my original intent

Hi,

When you uninstall an installation made in main directory Softaculous will delete only files that are related to the script installed. In your case CubeCart.

When Softaculous installs a script it notes the files/folders unzipped in the root folder and while removing the installation via Softaculous it will remove only those files and will not touch any other files related to another subdomain etc.

You can install a Fresh copy of CubeCart on your sub domain by choosing the sub domain in the "Choose Domain" dropdown on the install form in Softaculous.
