I know there would be more issues. I have Softaculous link in the tools menu on the control panel. Clicking on it goes to:
Site error: the file /var/softwww/load.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.

You need to download the ioncube loaders :
http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

And then go to your php.ini and add the following line :
zend_extension = /path/to/ioncube.so

You need to provide the path to correct ioncube.so based on the PHP version you are using.

I installed ioncube and also installed Softaculous for you and everything now works fine.

It seems there is some issue with your PHP. You see the PHP Deprecated warning and failing to load ioncube warning and the output also states that ioncube is not loaded, hence you are facing the issue while installing Softaculous.

Please load the correct ioncube and then try to install Softaculous and it should work fine.
