Hi, when setting up a new product in whmcs I am unable to see the plans from my virtualizor server.  Any idea what is going on?

Is your virtualizor panel updated to 2.8.1 ?

Question

If we have a master running 2.8.0  + new whmcs module

- Would master 2.8.0 would be able to handle/communicate with slaves running 2.7 etc?

Firstly, 2.8.0 was a BETA release and 2.8.1 is a stable release so we suggest you to please update all your servers to 2.8.1.

No, even your slaves should be updated to the master version.(Though it can communicate but it cannot handle the slaves)

My server is only on 2.7.9 - I have selected only upgrade to Stable (Recommended) releases.  I have no selection or option to upgrade to 2.8.1.  Is that correct?

I would like to correct my words, 2.8.1 is still a release candidate.We will be launching a new stable Virtualizor update 2.8.2 which is expected to be released in a weeks time.

However you can update to 2.8.1 on a non production server for testing, by changing the update settings in Configuration.
