When I try to donwload the templates on master I am getting 'There were errors while downloading the file"
No idea of what ca be causing this issue.
Any hints?

Hi,

There was some issue with our server which has been fixed and now can download the template without any issues.

Also we have replied in the ticket.
Please feel free to contact Virtualizor support for further assistance.

If you using CSF firewall, check the errors with this below command first
(CentOS servers)

# perl /usr/local/csf/bin/csftest.pl
# /etc/init.d/iptables status


With your firewall configuration

Allow additionally - IPv4
Incoming TCP ports 

TCP_IN = "5900:7000 "



Outgoing TCP ports

TCP_OUT = "25,80,443"


Allow additionaly - IPv6
Incomming TCP ports

TCP6_IN = "5900:7000"



Outgoing TCP ports

TCP6_OUT = "25,80,443"



# nano /etc/csf/csf.conf    or    # vi /etc/csf/csf.conf  (for CSF)
# nano /etc/sysconfig/iptables    or    # vi /etc/sysconfig/iptables
