Hi and thanks for any help and advice regarding this issue.

My softaculous license comes with the package from my server host, but for the last couple of years I have had problems after problems asking them to renew my license.

Now I haven't noticed properly how long the license has been inactive for but I have been asking them to renew it for me now since the 5th March 2020. I have give them time because of the worldwide pandemic but why does it take so long for the license to be renewed! I have messaged them constantly asking for an update and all I keep getting is they are waiting on YOU to get back to them!! surely it doesn't tale nearly 3 months to renew a license.

Why would I want to purchase the license twice! Like I have said above my license comes with my package from my server host but they keep saying they are waiting for softaculous to renew it but this has been going on for nearly 3 months or more which is a joke.

Hi,

Our license activation is done immediately.

It definitely does not take 3 months to activate any license.

Please let us know your server IP and we will check the license status for you.

Softaculous License : XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (144.172.74.142)

for 2 of the months it said noting but for the last week it's been saying this License Type : Free

Hi,

The license you provided does not belong to any account and is a Free license.

We have not received any payment for this license hence the license is converted to Free.

There are only 2 options to use the premium version are :
1. Contact your web host (which is not resolving the issue for you)
2. Cancel the Softaculous subscription with your web host and renew it yourself.

Thank you for that information Brijesh

I will have to talk to my server host because the softaculous license I have supposed to be premium for life with the package I am on, but all I keep getting off them is this is being sorted out by our admins.

This is why I come on here Brijesh to ask you personally if the hosting company has contacted you regarding my license which you could check this via my server IP. Now you have told me that you haven't received any payment I now ask my hosting why!
