I have a VPS from HostUS.  A few days ago I installed VestaCP on it with Softaculous.  I used the installation bash command that one generates on the VestaCP installation page. It provides an option to include Softaculous in the bash command.  It then generated a free Softaculous license.

Last night when I
tried to upgrade the license to premium the Softaculous billing sees my free license number as for a dedicated server instead of a VPS
which is a mistake.


I've opened a ticket for it.  Is it possible to advise how I can solve the problem?

Hi,

I have converted your license to VPS.

Please login to VestaCP as admin and go to Softaculous admin panel and go to Settings page. Select the "Is VPS" checkbox and click on "Edit Settings" button to complete the process of changing the license to VPS.

Once this is done you can renew the license as VPS.
