Hi,
anybody trying to install Virtualizor on the new AlmaLinux (CentOS8 alternative) will get an errormessage stating, that the OS is not supported.
AlmaLinux is CentOS 8 binary compatible and is backed up by very professional CloudLinux Team, so there shouldn´t be a reason not to run it with Virtualizor.
Until Virtualizor officially support AlmaLinux, you need to change the installscript and add a word.
Simply replace
Code theos="$(echo $REL | egrep -i '(cent|Scie|Red|Ubuntu|xen|Virtuozzo|pve-manager|Debian)' )"
with
Code theos="$(echo $REL | egrep -i '(Alma|cent|Scie|Red|Ubuntu|xen|Virtuozzo|pve-manager|Debian)' )"
You will find this line easily in the "Some checks before we proceed" section.
