 Failed to update the license, vesta CP not activating the softaculus (5 Replies, Read 9543 times)

I just bought doftaculus for my vesta CP but it is not updating the license.
What or to whom should I reach for assistance?

Have You make sure that Your server is not blocking softaculous IP?

That might be an option, i just understood that the softaculus was meant to be for the admin user, and it received my token. I guess that was that problem.

Now im facing an error that says it is not connecting with mysql (while trying to install WP... hope to find where / how / why it is happening.

Maybe You can copy paste the log here as it might be some clue on it.

Thanks for your help! it is in Vesta, cant find no logs directly, it only sends an error:
  The following errors were found :

The MySQL Connection could not be established.

Hi,

From your ticket it seems MySQL server was offline causing this issue.

If you still face the issue do let us know.
