Hi Guys,

i have a webhosting with Webhostingpad.com

On my Softaculous, it seems like the categories and the number of scripts are VERY limited.

But it is currently running 4.2.9!

May i know what i should do to have the full set of categories available and all the scripts?

For example, 'DB Tools', 'Music', 'Video', and 'RSS' are all unavailable

Hi,

Are you using the Free version of Softaculous ?

You can check the footer and if it says "Powered by Free Softaculous" then you are using a free version and there are only 54 scripts available in Free version.

You will need to upgrade to the premium version to access all the scripts.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

It says powered by Softaculous 4.2.9. And it's not free, coz that's what my webhost says.

Was wondering why all the good scripts aren't available.. argh.

Please check if all the scripts are enabled from Softaculous Admin panel -> Software page

Here is the guide on how to enable/disable scripts :

If I understand well ,He is not owner of the server may be I'm wrong but He said "my Webhost say..." so He probably don't have access to Admin panel 'cause as I understund He is user.So if this is the case only option woud be contact suport and ask for more scripts, if some scripts are not limited with hosting plan.
