WEBUZO Email Problem, No one can solve this problem for a week! (4 Replies, Read 7618 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 46 Status:	Hi everyone, In response to the ticket I turned on, "SSL" 465 port for E-mail is not supported. I have been struggling with this problem for a week and for this reason I can not complete the project. My script functions I have used are working fine. I looked at the database to see this and I saw the emails that were sent. The problem may be due to a problematic setup of the e-mail system. I have not been able to help me in this matter for a week, unfortunately. Normal webuzo php mail does not even work. I do not notice smtp or php mail. If one of them works, I'm happy. what should I do in order to solve this problem? Please help me. Thank you.

Group: Member Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 268 Status:	Hi batursoylu, The Email configuration on port 465 from Webuzo is not supported you can configure the same from SSH if you have knowledge regarding the same. You can check the logs for error messages at CentOS: /var/log/exim/mainlog Ubuntu: /var/log/exim4/main.log Can you specify you code you are using to send emails from PHP Mail function?

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 25 Status:	Batursoylu - In Oxwall, can you try changing the port to "25" and Secure connection to "Off" and then Host to either your domain, server IP or simply "localhost"? Then your username and password must match up to an email account you have setup inside Webuzo panel, and you should be good to go.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 46 Status:	I'm using the google cloud platform. so default ports such as 25, 465 and 587 are blocked. Instead, I decided to try the SMTP2Go service using the 2525 port, but I am having trouble configuring it. How should MX be set? I use it on Cloudflare. How do I follow a path? Thank you for answer.
