Hi,
You will need to import the installations to Softaculous. You can do that from WHM -> Softaculous Admin panel -> Import Select the "Import manually installed scripts by users" check box and click on "Start Import" button. This should import the installations to Softaculous and then you can manage Backups and Upgrades via Softaculous. Please let us know if you face any issues. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

There are some issues with the upgrade utility provided by OpenCart 2 hence we have not provided the upgrade at the moment. Once the OpenCart 2 upgrade utility works fine we will add it. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
