I am getting this error trying to open the newly installed AMPPS 3.9 in Windows 10.

Apache Syntax error on line 158 of C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /path to ampps/php7apache2_4.dll into server. %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

I believe I got it to work though it won't import previous repositories
