Topic : Debugging "The installation package could not be found!"

I have a shared account with Green Geeks. I am using Softaculous to install Rukovoditel. I get the error "The installation package could not be found!". What does that mean and who can fix it? 1) Green Geeks, 2) Softaculous, 3) Rukovoditel, or 4) me.

Same happen to me, i bough cpanel license (i'm using contabo) and i cant install WP cuz i have the same msg :-(

Hi,

There could be two reasons for this issue :
1. The permission for Softaculous binary is incorrect. This can be fixed by executing the following commands as ROOT :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/repair-binary-utility/

2. Your server is unable to communicate with Softaculous servers.
Please make sure your server is able to fetch files from our mirror servers mentioned here :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/system-requirements/#system-requirements

If you still face this issue we require access to your server to debug further hence we ask for opening a support ticket as you can submit your server login details securely via our support ticket portal :

Hi, I have the same error. I cant install any script

I tried repairing the binary with the command.

I also tried to ping the mirrors and everything works fine supposedly, but I still have the same problem.
