Is your server having enough resources - memory, disk space ?
Is it a browser specific issue ? Could you please elaborate in a bit detail ? ----------------------- Webuzo : Single User Control Panel Join Webuzo : |

Root > service webuzo restart Did you alter any of the Webuzo configurations ? Any contents of the dir /usr/local/webuzo ? ----------------------- Webuzo : Single User Control Panel Join Webuzo : |

I regularly restart the service, it seems to make no difference.
To my knowledge i have not altered any of the webuzo configrations, not the /usr/local/webuzo directory. This issue occurs on fresh installs. I've also got a few other symptoms: 1. Sometimes installs of applications or restores of backups take a long time then say something to the effect of "operation timeout" but then it will work the second time around. 2. Regularly i will click on server logs or any part of the panel, but instead of opening the page it will ask me to log back in again. I will then attempt to open the log/panel again and it will again ask me to login. This is an endless loop. The problem is solved if I change browser or computer, but not if i clear my cache?? Which confuses me greatly. I'm wondering if it is related to this: http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=6201&tpg=1#p22802 |

Quote 1. Sometimes installs of applications or restores of backups take a long time then say something to the effect of "operation timeout" but then it will work the second time around. Sir it seems your server runs out of resources at that point restricting to complete the action. Hence the issue. Quote 2. Regularly i will click on server logs or any part of the panel, but instead of opening the page it will ask me to log back in again. I will then attempt to open the log/panel again and it will again ask me to login. This is an endless loop. The problem is solved if I change browser or computer, but not if i clear my cache?? Make sure you do not have the Webuzo Panel open in other tabs.Clearing your browser cache should fix it up. ----------------------- Webuzo : Single User Control Panel Join Webuzo : |

Quote From : systemnova December 5, 2014, 6:08 am @Valley It's a C3.large amazon AWS instance with nothing running on it except Webuzo. The applications themselves run fine while the control panel times out, its just the control panel. In this case the next time it freezes, execute the following command to learn the behavior of the server Root > top Quote So Webuzo should only ever be used from one tab? This might be the source of the issue. You can run it is multiple tabs. Make sure your sessions/cookies/cache is cleared in advance. ----------------------- Webuzo : Single User Control Panel Join Webuzo : |
