Hi!!!

I am new here and i get the following error while i try to add a domain

The following errors were found :

Unable to access the file uploaded to the domain

Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

Is there a .htaccess file on your domain which could be blocking access to newly uploaded file ?

If you can PM me the details I can check this for you.

Sorry for the delay in response.

From your support ticket it seems the domain was not pointing to your correct server causing this issue.
