Topic : WHMCS - Configure Product Error

Hello,

Despite when I goto Servers, and test connection, this works fine.  In the Admin when I configure the product, it downloadloads all my plan information from virtualizor.  However, whenever you try to purchase a VPS, the client enters their hostname, root password etc, click continue and receive the following error:

Please correct the following errors before continuing:
Connection error.

I enabled debugging in WHMCS, and nothing shows up as errors there.  thsi happens regardless if a client is logged in or not.

I have tried creating a new product from scratch, and still have the same issue.

Does it works when you try to order from Admin area on WHMCS ?

Hello,

Yes it works when I manually put in the order under the admin panel in WHMCS. I also contacted WHMCS support and they said they can not assist in any way related to third party modules.

Hi,


It must be a database error which must be failing to register the order.

Does it generates a new order when trying from Client Center ?
If its a fresh setup then did you tried using new WHMCS setup ?

Hello,

It can't generate an order because the client can't get the product to add to cart on the configure product page.  Should I open a ticket instead?

Hi,


This does not looks related to Virtualizor.
You can try a new fresh setup or see if any query is failing on existing WHMCS setup.

I had some problems. I also talked to WHMCS support, but they told me they couldn't help me with any third-party plugins. gorilla tag
