 Please Help me with server email, Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender (9 Replies, Read 14631 times)

Not received email, and when mail is sent to hotmail and other returns the following error: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Please help me

I'm sorry to ear you are expecting trouble with email.

For understand better your issue,
from where you send e-mail the server side or client email on your PC and what tipe of client?

For help you better i need to read more text of your Mail Delivery Failed, in the mail delivery failed thwy should be in the specific the error who server are encounter.

If i cant help early i'm shure a Webuzo Staff will be here for help you, don't worry.

I am using the web client squiermail ,

the full text of rejection shipping is:

Is better to send this kind of info into PM (Private Message) sorry if i have not tell you, for protect yourself.

I hope when Staff can go here will help you to hide some info in your message.

From the Mail delivery i see it seems your server IP is in the SPAM block list of hotmail.

So you should contact your hosting provider.
I think is not Webuzo problem.

If you try to open your IP address is generated an 500 error so i suggest to contact your provider.

You can check if your IP address is in the SPAM list in one of the websites in Internet one of this (finded with google) http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

Your server IP is blacklisted for SPAM.

Your server can have some issue, be shure to be not infected by something.. if your server is marked as SPAM you shuold have a security issue.
Please contact your hosting provider.

This is what i can suggest until a Webuzo Staff don't reply here but I'M pretty shure your problem is what I explained.

It seems your server from where you send the email is blacklisted for SPAM.
you should contact your hosting provider.

You can have issue on your server from what i see it's not a Webuzo Issue from what i can understand.

Can you describe what you do?
Es: i log in in webuzo panel and then i go in Squirell but i don't receve messege because when i enter on the email panel i don't see new emails. no error are showed.

Please let me know.

So do not emails it in the inbox in the web client squiermail. But I have sent several emails from my other accounts and did not receive it.

I am using the web client squiermail.

As private message i sent to you i suggest to try different script mail so you can access on webuzo and in the right select mail and use WebMailLite or RoundCube.

I don't know if you are Premium user,
if not you can download and install RoundCube from here:
http://roundcube.net/

WebMailLITE from there:
http://www.afterlogic.org/webmail-lite

Remeber in the webmailLITE to set impa and smtp to 127.0.0.1 in the admin panel.
