We have  150+ hosts,  I was going to use Virtualizator to build a list of hosts.

I planned to use this list as a dynamic inventory for Ansible.

Of course, I can use pure ssh to send direct requests to the master node,  but
I supposed that if there is  an API  I can simply send POST or GET request over https

So my question is: Can I send a request over https to the Master node to get a reply in JSON?

If the answer is yes, please share with me an example of such request.

What do you mean you do not have access to console ?
If you have API key and pass you must have access to virtualizor panel.
