Sir first CHMOD to 0777 :
/usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/images/iscripts.php

I forgot to mention that you must CHECK the CHECKBOX for all the Scripts that you wish to have installed on your server.

Then execute the cron command.

I have the same problem, except when I try and update my IP it says it is already being used. When I know I havn't used it for anything else.
I sent a email last night saying to remove the IP from my free licence that my friend got me, but the IP from the premium licence was deleted.
I have no idea, But I need softculous up and running.

Please help, the admin of this site can you please PM me and I will give you the info to help me out.
