Topic : How to solve Open SSL error?

I am trying to run composer it shows "you must enable openssl extension to download files via https"

How to solve this error?

I have installed openssl and have also uncommented extension=php_openssl.dll from ampps -> apache -> php.ini file.

Can any please help me out to solve this issue?

Please edit the file from Ampps Appliction -> PHP Tab -> Configuration.

confirm if openssl extension is loaded.

Hi,

Also you can enable/disable the openssl extension by,
Goto Ampps Appliction -> PHP Tab -> Php Extension, search for the required extension and enable/disable it.
