I have used a responsive template for my webpage to work on mobile devices but it still does not work. How do i change the breakpoint size?

The default values are conform the 'Best Practices' in this article 'Defining Breakpoints in Responsive Web Design' at https://www.browserstack.com/guide/responsive-design-breakpoints.
