If you feel not safe, expert i suggest to use CSF with caution. In all case I learn how to use basic settings with time and just also by reading all configuration line: there are a lot of lines :)

I edited the callback script to log each action and it simply isn't called when the client changes his own hostname. But it works perfectly when I do it from the admin panel.]]>

You mean, the user changes the hostname in enduser panel or via ssh directly?
When changed by ssh... how could the adminpanel be aware of to send the callback to WHMCS?

I mean if the user changes it from within the enduser panel (either loggign in via :4082 or by VNC through WHMCS) then it doesn't send a callback.

I hope this is an option I can enable somewhere.

Thanks.]]>

However, when a user changes their hostname, it does not callback.

Is it possible to turn this on somewhere?

Thanks
