Hi, I have been trying to find a solution for a bug where it says it can't mount the VHD and set the root passowrd. I have been just installing the OSon the VPS' manualy but now that I have some free time (and more customers wishing to use it) I really need some help getting this fixed, and a few moments ago i tried raisingt he disk space for one client and even though it said it did it successfuly in the panel inside the VPS it still shows that the disk is only 50 GB. I couldn't find the place to open a ticket so i figured here should be ok for now

You need to give more information about your setup.

Which virtualisation?
Which OS?
How many disks?
The filesystem format?

btw: support-Ticket can be opened here => https://softaculous.deskuss.com/

CentOS 7
KVM
the server has 1 480 GB nvme SSD
the VMs have all only had 1 disk trying to be attached
I have Virtualizor set to try and use qcow2 which dumps the drives into /srv/vms

It also seems now that we're troubleshooting their issue that it also does not allocate ram when it says it did successfully on the panel

Glad that your issue is solved. Sorry for late answer, but I was away for a few days.

As far as I know automatic settings of pw and disk size is only possible with lvm disk, not qcow2 (not entirely sure about this)
.
Also the disk need to be a single ext3/ext4 partition, not having tmp, root, var etc. on separated partitions. I was running into the same problem once were I had  a standard partition scheme and xfs filesystem. That won´t work.
