is a new version with working backup now ready to release?

Hi,

The snapshot of the qemu image gets corrupted if any changes are performed on the original image.
We are still researching on it to find the best possible way to backup file based disks.

Ok, but on which way we can backup KVM vps?

Hi,

Sir you mean you wan to take backup manually for file base storage ?
If so you can do so by turning off the vps and copy the file to the backup location.
But this will cause the downtime for that VPS so we do not recommend this.

Let us know for further information.

Hi,

Sir as per the error, Virtualizor was not able to create the directory.

Can you please check if the user which you have added has the permission to create directory on remote backup server ?

Let us know.

Simply use LV and backups will work.

As I know the Virtualizor Team is still looking for a solution; it's not easy to backup .raw-based VPS without suspending it. If you have any solution, they'll be happy to hear from it.
