I has 10/10 outstanding score but i just realized that it went down to 2/10!

in detail,

2. We didn't find a mail server (MX Record) behind your domain name xxxxxxxx. -3
3. We didn't find a server (A Record) behind your hostname xxxxxxxx. -3
first time, i fixed all and made up to 10/10 (by adding spf / valid dkim)
but it just happened..
please help.
