Can you please confirm that the ports are still open on your WHMCS server or the firewall settings were reverted ?

The Virtualizor support team added the ports to csf.conf and was able to successfully create an account,
the next day i tried and I am still getting this error. Virtualizor sypport has not responded and is been well over 24 hours.
I only have 1 master server.bDoes anyone know what might be causing this?
