Hi
Sorted out the firewall rules on remote server and setup the backup
but every time I start a DB backup I keep getting failed to upload.

the log reads.
Starting the backup process
Local Backup: TRUE
Remote Backup: TRUE
Remote backup type: FTP
Creating the backup file
Connecting to the backup server
Uploading the backup file to the backup server
ERROR: Failed to upload backup file to the backup server

the log doesn't give a lot away - any points I should first look at?
