Topic : Upgrade from free to paid?

Hi, I've just signed up for hosting with SEOhost, but it looks like the version of softaculous that came with their hosting is just a free version? I can't find it anywhere to pay for it so I've purchased a license off here for it, but I can't seem to find a way to update it from free to paid.

I've read around and some people are saying there's a refresh license button but I don't see that at all (please see my attached img). I've also tried adding the IPs of my domain in the client area and waiting for it to registry but still no luck.

Would some be able to give me some advice? Thanks.

Sorry to double post, but can't find the edit button..

But I just wanted to add that I tried changing the license to the server IP rather than my domain, but that's saying the IP already has a license attached to it..

Hi,

It looks like you have a Reseller account access.

Please ask your host to refresh the license for you.

Or you can ask them to execute the CRON command on the server :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_update

Please Note : The License IP for your license should be the one that you see in the output of the following command :
root> wget http://softaculous.com/ip.php; cat ip.php; echo "";

I have submitted a support ticket with my host at the same time I made this forum post, and they're updated my account. It now shows as premium. Thanks.
