Backup file not restoreable

Backup file not restoreable, Backup does not appear at 'Backups and Restore' (0 Replies, Read 4472 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hello, i created a Backup on a running Server with Joomla Version 3.8.6 and wanted to restore it on a different Server. But somehow it doesn´t appear under Backups and Restore on the new Server.(It´s restorable on the Server that i created it with.) I copied the Backup file to "/usr/local/ampps/private/softaculous_backups" which is the default Backup location. When it didn´t appear i installed Joomla (3.9.14) and created a new Backup file from the fresh installation. It was placed right next to my actual Backup under "/usr/local/ampps/private/softaculous_backups" and appeared like shown in the attached pictures. I appreciate any suggestions on how i can restore that Backup on my new Server. Do i need to downgrade the Joomla Version to 3.8.6 in order to see it? Thanks in advance!
