After upgrading from Catalina to Big Sur Ammps run. I can click it and it seems to want to start, but I never see the window. Same for ammps update.

Ampps actually runs for me after a restart on Big Sur update from Catalina.  I can serve pages & phpmyadmin works fine but there is no Ampps program menu at all.

I'm also having this issue, I installed MAMP as a temporary work around which seemed to start the processes for Ampps to "work" again though I couldn't open the program window. However, I then had a system message telling me my mac had run out of memory with Ampps taking up 60gb so there seems to be some memory leak also with the app after the Big Sur update. If anyone finds a solution please post it as I'm desperate to get this up and running again, thanks!

Just downloaded the programme for the first time... I have the same problem. Crashes on start, not sure this thread has given me much confidence in the programme or the support system.

Any update on this? - Need to update to Big Sur for testing on other platforms, but also don't want to cripple my Web stack.

A colleague of mine did update, and she has now moved to a different stack as had the same issue. Any suggested work around etc?

+1, after a Big Sur update from Mojave, AMPPS just freezes. How can there still be no solution on this? I'm considering rolling back to Mojave now..

Hi everybody,
you can use ampps main board simply go to ocalhost/ampps/

This is the only way to view the main board ( you can change settings and manage installations on this way)

I don't think this software is developed anylonger. I have reported some bugs in Mac OS Mohave and it wasn't solved ever, and I was not only one showing this bug. ???? Guys I think we have to move to different software :( I like ammpa it is simply and does the job
