Hi
I do not know when was this update happened but I disabled auto update on other server because I like the version I have.

Today, I've setup the new virtualizor and I was attaching that server to the main

I get error message below,
------------------------------
"Virtualizor version on both the server do not match"

I used http://files.virtualizor.com/install.sh this script

but is there anyway to install the previous version?
I don't want to restart the server or risk any problems, so I want to avoid any upgrades when my servers are working fine with the previous version.

Thanks!

Hi,

All servers in a cluster need to be on the same virtualizor version.
At the moment we do not have the option to install virtualizor with a specific version, you will need to update your old server to latest stable version.

Thank you for the reply,

Could you tell me how to do complete backup just incase the upgrades fails by accident?

Thank you very much!

Hi,

If you are on v2.8.7 then there should not be any issue in upgrading to 2.8.9.
Just to be on the safer side you can take a database backup of virtualizor from Backup >> Database backup >> Immediate backup before upgrading your server.

I'm sorry for basic questions but this is my first time experience on updates,
how long does it take? it says processing in background.

Thank you.

A minute or two.
Can you refresh your updates page and check if it was updated ?

Hi,

Can you check which option is selected in your update settings in Configuration >> Slave settings >> Update Settings ?

Can you open a support ticket here https://softaculous.com/support/ , so that we can guide you accordingly.
