Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 31 Status:	Hi Today, we get notify that users can't install any app on their domains because Choose Installation URL is empty there are no domains listed. I am unable to login to admin interface too. Quote This page isn’t working .... sent an invalid response. ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE I ran as root Quote /usr/local/bin/php -d open_basedir="" -d safe_mode=0 -d disable_functions="" /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cron.php BUt the problem still present. Any clue? Centos 7 + DirectAdmin Regards

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, It seems your local IP i.e. 127.0.0.1 is blacklisted by Directadmin. Please remove it from : /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist and add it in whitelist to avoid this issue in future : /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_whitelist Here are more details on the issue : https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=306 Softaculous uses 127.0.0.1 to connect to Directadimin API which fails when this IP is blacklisted.
