 Webuzo Rainloop Can't Connect to Server, mail not connecting from two days (10 Replies, Read 2920 times)

Hi Support ,

My two domains mail not working after i added my domain to cloudflare network. I am not able to use cloudflare with webuzo domain dns. Normal mail work with control panel specified nameserver. Guide me how to add mx in cloudflare. Or I need to remove my domain from cloudflare to email working. I have added screenshot of mail setting and cloudflare.

Hi, I have Cloudflare domains that point to the Webuzo managed VPS and no issue.
Maybe the issue is not Cloudflare and Webuzo but some settings you done. DNS take sometimes before be propagated.
You have to have domain added in Webuzo.

Hi , I have only changed in cloudflare inside dns not made changes in webuzo dns setting. Sir Please check my dns configuration. Current Dns Setting


My Email Client Setting this is given as :

Primary IP -5.189.184.222
SMTP Server -vodapao.com
SMTP Port -25
IMAP Server -vodapao.com
IMAP Port -143

i have added Mx record as
Name : Coevote.com
Content : Vodapao.com

Name : Futuretimes.net
Content : Vodapao.com

And Added A record for vodapao.com pointing my primary ip. Is vodapao.com smtp server as smtp.vodapao.com

Hi,

Email working properly with email client thunderbird. But problem with rainloop and roundcube cloudflare domain not working with it.Non cloudflare domain working properly with rainloop. I grey all to dns only in except two record related to domain proxied.

Getting Error in Webmail :
Roundcube : Connection to storage server failed.
Rainloop    : Can't connect to the server.

Is anything wrong with dns or client. Please Guide.

Umh I have no experience with email filtered by Cloudflare in DNS sorry.I have no idea on how help with that. I use CloudFlare but without using Cloudflare proxy so I have all grey in DNS config.


For issue with rainloop you can consider try to contact the developer of the application https://www.rainloop.net/

This webuzo support team are useless.Sucks.I am facing this problem around 10 days.Their support just say add this mx record in cloudflare.I added & send screenshots to their suppport they again reply me same messages.

check your mail client setting For:
Smtp domain Name

smtp : example.com ---25
imap : example.com ---143

look like this.


same domain name in cloudflare mx record like this.

For Mx Record :

Name : example.com (Same name as added in cloudflare)
Content : mail.example.com and yourexampledomain.com(smtp domain name) both work.
Proxy Status : DNS Only.

For mail.example.com you also need to add A record with mail and your ip with dns only setting.


For my configuration ip version not work may be due to cloudflare blocking port. Non cloudflare email working . All Webuzo default port block by cloudflare . Port available in premium plan on cloudflare.

Use Subdomain and Install Webmail Software Roundcube and also change in config file add correct smtp server domain name to make webmail work.

And also try to login with imap server in thunderbird with your mail login detail.

Use Roundcube mail instead of ip based rainloop. Install Roundcube on subdomain and edit config file. You can find config file on installed subdomain folder.

Go to Ext Explorer and Change default smtp and imap server address to your main websitedomain.com. Where you installed roundcube.You will see your roundcube installation directory. Roundcube is issue with installation of wrong stmp server .You need change default stmp and imap server.

It look like this :

SSL://example.com
SSL://webmail.example.com

You need to remove ssl ://  roundcube mail work  ----- example.com

Ip Based Rainloop or Default Port not working with cloudflare. All my domain webmail working after this with no issue.
