Hello,

Domain list is not populated for any installation me or my clients try.

Direct Admin version: 1.61.3
Softaculous version: 5.6.2.
Website: B3 Hosting

It seems license is ok from your point of view, pointing to the right IP, same is DirectAdmin, fully working...but can't figure out what's the deal with this issue!

Any help?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Can you please check that the IP 127.0.0.1 is not blacklisted in the following file :
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

If it is blacklisted please remove it from that file and add 127.0.0.1 in the whitelist file :
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_whitelist
