So, I'm sure it is a issue with my device, but on some mobile devices it shows only the desktop version. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice if I knew why it was unresponsive on mobile and tablet on certain devices.
It works perfectly on an older android device, but not on new ones.
Hopefully there is an answer out there
