Hi,
In order to get the updated ioncube loader to be downloaded you can rename the following file in Softaculous folder : Code /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/ioncube.ver to Code /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/ioncube.ver.bak and then execute the CRON command : Code /usr/local/bin/php -d open_basedir="" -d safe_mode=0 -d disable_functions="" /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cron.php This should download the correct Ioncube loader for the current PHP version. Do let us know if you still face the issue. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Hi,
Ahh You are using 7.1, I assumed it was 7.0 when you mentioned 7.x in your previous reply. In this case you will need to re-install Softaculous. This is because the files encoded with ionCube encoder for PHP 5.6 are not compatible with PHP 7.1 we have a separate package for that that has encoded files with ionCube encoder for PHP 7.1 which works on PHP 7.1 and 7.2 You can refer to the following guide on how to re-install Softaculous : https://www.softaculous.com/docs/Reinstall This is a restriction of ionCube that the encoded files do not work with all PHP versions so when you install or upgrade Softaculous it detects the current PHP version and downloads the appropriate package. If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with us so that we can check this for you : https://www.softaculous.com/support/ ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
