I was facing a problem just in MySQL service. When I contacted them just for troubleshooting on Skype one of their team member delete everything. Now my database are gone.
I was not expecting this and I did not get backup of my website.
Now I am trying to contact them from the last three days and they ignoring me.

Hi,

We extremely sorry for the delay.

The issue was occurred due to use of mariabd and mysql both together , as per our skype session we have restored your database and made your site working.
