Topic : Issues Accessing Webuzo

Posted By: who8mypnuts on September 21, 2017, 4:15 pm
I'm experiencing issues accessing the Webuzo control panel.
Initially everything worked fine. I have two websites up and running. One is https://vbgbuptown.com
As you can see, it loads fine.

When I go to access the webuzo panels I get something crazy like "index.php?act=login&redirect=%2F" at the end of the url. Sometimes I also receive something like "sessehYLCUqYVay9RikF/index.php?act=login&redirect=%2FsessehYLCUqYVay9RikF%2Findex.php". Both of these result in a 500 internal error.

Could you please help me out with what is wrong? I ran the commands "rndc notrace" and "rndc reload" to stop the logging from bind to named.run because this was creating a 25GB file.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi,

We have checked your server and the issue faced by you. Sir this issue was not due to redirects. You were facing this issue because a file which is part of Webuzo code was downloaded properly when the daily cron ran on your server. Hence you were facing this issue.

We have resolved this issue by executing the following command:
/usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php

Hope this resolves your issue. Please let us know if you still face the issue. We will be happy to help you.

I am also having the same problem.

Apparently it started when I upgraded the MYSQL  to the newest version via command line.

If I run the command
Code
/etc/init.d/webuzo status
I get the following response:
Code

php-fpm (pid 4565) is running...
nginx (pid 4578) is running...

Any ideas how to access again the admin panel?

Hi vtolenti89,

Are you not able to access your webuzo admin panel using "http://your_server_ip:2004"

Let us know.
