I am getting this error when placing order from whmcs, please help me.

You've added a server and can connect to it via Virtualizor's / servers cli right?

None of your KVM hosts/slaves are connected to this product/service.

make sure your virtualizor host use KVM instead of OpenVZ or in case you have slave servers make sure they are on same package/plan
