hi,

after loosing half a day on searching it myself i decided to post my question here:

i have softaculous on my directadmin panel, and i try to clone a joomla installation to another user in my direct admin account.
when i log in for both, softaculous is installed and for the one account I can create a new joomla installation, and the other i can clone, but only for the same website/domain.

I also have a general softaculous login (reseller), but here i can only see the summary of installations and send email about updates.
? isn't there an option to clone between users/domains from here?

Hi,

The Clone option is possible only within the same control panel account.

However you can use the "Remote Import" option to import the installation from one account to another :
