Softaculous

Topic : import from fantastico

I'm a currently one of fantasticos big resellers. I'd love to switch to softaculous because after close evaluation we have found that it offers more and is free. However If we removed fantastico to my knowlege softaculous has no way of updating those existing scripts.

If you could make it possible where we could delete fantastico and your software would recognize and update existing scripts I think it would be a great way of getting your name out and I would personaly install softaculous in each of the 1000's of servers we manage.

Sir,
Thanks for showing such great liking towards Softaculous.
There will be an importer of Scripts in 1.9 to import any of the 100 scripts we install.

Regards,
Alons

Ofcourse yes.
The importer will be using only Fantasticos location data.
Rest the Softaculous Importer will detect DATA on its own.
