Dude, that´ts surely the wrong way.

I´m in as NOC for more than 5 years without negative impressions.

Let´s start over and get you up and running. Can you explain your technical issue in detail? Errormessage? Your Environment ? Steps to reproduce?

Hi,

I looked into your chats and found that you were facing issues in creating vps when you moved to Proxmox Virtualizor and used a webuzo template where perform operation option was not selected.
Re-adding the template on panel with that option selected would solved vps creation issues.

For HAproxy issues, I was not able to access your panel to check its config.
Can you please update access details in ticket ?

Before moving to Proxmox Virtualizor from KVM Virtualizor, I believe everything was working as expected.

We are awaiting a response with access details so that we can help you out.

After losing another client I just removed this and moved on to something else.

It was over 12 hours without a response for a paid support I gave up/

Please just refund me all my money ASAP.

With this demanding and offensive behaviour, it may be the best you look somewhere else.
Good luck and all the best to you.

I hope you didn't move to ProxCP... I'm just coming over to Virtualizor from ProxCP, and it's amazing how much cleaner things are, and just how much better things work. Still working on full implementation, but we're getting there. ProxCP is straight garbage.
